RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing strategy
* Develop annual strategic end to end marketing plan that include overall annual marketing budget; resulting in informed plans which drive s revenue
* Align sales priorities and orchestrate programs with optimal alignment to the rhythm of the business; resulting in exceeding targets
* Anticipate issues to create proactive planning process; resulting in smooth execution
* Analyze and recommend action based on competitive intelligence for a complete function
Marketing Communications
* Coordinate all segment communications, including those from BMO and other groups; resulting in a better customer experience
* Built internal consensus on key marketing programs by engaging with others and
synthesizing lessons learned; resulting in more informed decisions
Mktg programs
* Implement and manage marketing programs through vendors; resulting in targeted impact (promo campaigns, joint seminars, partner forums etc.)
* Work in a strategic capacity on integrated events and see as a “thought leader” both in and outside of team due to vision, work ethic and knowledge; resulting in influence and impact
* Track and manage events/activities to ensure cost effectiveness and continuous improvement; resulting in implementation of best practices and efficiencies Channel Development
* Develop and implement methods designed to provide consistent, predictable engagement with partners aimed at reducing their costs and improving profitability; resulting in breakthrough partner satisfaction levels
* Recommend planned improvements to marketing program w/ partners; resulting in improved benefits to **** & to partners
* Identify new potential partners in various segments and develop acquisition plan; resulting in improved growth
* Lead development of ROI analysis on joint marketing programs; resulting in the identification of effective and ineffective program attributes

REQIREMENTS:
* University degree. Degree in Marketing
* 6 years experience in IT industry, mktg department
* Must have good understanding of the relationship between technology and business and systems processes in corporate space
* Must have good understanding of local market (region)
* Good understanding of enterprise computing environments, client-server technology, major vendors and products/positioning as well as associated issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent ***** in front of the customer.
* Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
* Russian to be a native language.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows and Office (advanced user level).
* Fluent English is required

Самое смешное, что в итоге такие агентства ищут человека не на исходную вакансию, а на свой обрубок.
